Throughout 2004, Felicity Helen Coulthard has demonstrated the level of her horsemanship and sheer commitment that has set her aside other riders. She already holds her IPEC card (International Paralympic Equestrian Committee), but in February 2005 Felicity was one of the 27 lucky riders selected from a total of 400 all over the UK to be accepted onto the World Class Start & Potential Programme, which is funded by the National Lottery. She is currently training with two of the worlds top names in dressage - Jane Bartle-Wilson and Clive Milkins. Literally the eyes of the world are focused on this talented young horsewoman as she commands their attention in her quest to represent Great Britain at the next Paralympics that are to be held in Bejing in 2008.
